A golden, flaky pastry filled with juicy chicken thigh meat, gently seasoned with onions, salt, and black pepper. Our kibin dough is rich and buttery, baked to perfection for a crisp bite and soft center. Topped with sesame seeds for extra aroma, these kibins are a warm, satisfying choice — perfect for lunch, snacks, or sharing moments.
Kibin dough (WHEAT flour, BUTTER (pasteurized CREAM), EGGS, CREAM, mayonnaise (water, rapeseed oil, thickener – modified starch, MUSTARD, sugar, salt, iodized salt, EGG YOLK powder, acidity regulators – acetic and citric acids, wine vinegar, stabilizers: xanthan and tara gums; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sugar, iodized salt), chicken filling 44.3% (chicken thigh meat 81,3%, onions, iodized salt, black pepper), EGGS, SESAME seeds.
Oven: Preheat the oven at 180 °C, place the frozen product in the oven and bake for about 15 – 20 min.
Hot air fryer: Heat frozen product at 180 °C temperature for 18 – 20 min.
Frozen product. Store at a temperature no higher than -18 °C. Do not re-freeze the thawed product. The shelf life of the thawed product is up to 48 hours when stored at (0 +6) °C.
