Pot: Place frozen zeppelins in salted starchy boiling water (recommended for 1 kg of zeppelins: 4-5 liters of water, 12 grams of salt, 3-4 teaspoons of potato starch dissolved in cold water). When the zeppelins rise to the surface, cook for 50-55 minutes from the time they come to a boil, over low heat, stirring and turning frequently. After cooking, leave the zeppelins in the pot with the liquid to rest for about 10 minutes.
Frozen product. Do not store above –18 °C. Do not refreeze defrosted product again. Shelf life of the thawed product is up to 48 hours when stored at 0 – +6 °C.
