Chicken meatballs with mozzarella cheese filling and feta salad

Spring is here and as the weather warms up, we increasingly crave dishes that are “lighter” on the stomach, but still filling. One such dish could be lean chicken breast fillet with mozzarella cheese and feta cheese and curry salad.

  • 1 package of Done Cookin fried chicken nuggets with mozzarella cheese
  • a handful of lettuce
  • a handful of cilantro
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • a handful of curry nuts
  • a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • a drizzle of lemon juice
  • salt, black pepper and other spices of your choice

Step 1:

  • Remove the meatballs from the package and heat in the oven according to the instructions.

Step 2:

  • Chop and dry fry the curry nuts.

Step 3:

  • Place the salad and parsley on plates.

Step 4:

  • Add the sliced ​​cucumber and tomatoes.

Step 5:

  • Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

Step 6:

  • Season with salt and spices.

Step 7:

  • Serve the warmed meatballs on a plate with the salad and enjoy a light dinner. Delicious!
