Kiev cutlets with potato and cauliflower triangles by @gaminu_sau

Sometimes everyone wants to add a little sophistication to their kitchen. In one case, it can be an untried culinary experiment, in another – a traditional, well-known and already loved taste with a more interesting side dish.

Today we offer you to make the already loved, classic Food Stories Kyiv cutlet with delicious and playful potato and cauliflower triangles according to food blogger Indrė (IG @gaminu_sau)

  • Package of frozen Done Cookin Kiev cutlets
  • 4 potatoes
  • Two handfuls of cauliflower
  • 80 g of fermented cheese
  • 1 tbsp. sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp. garlic granules
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1:

  • First, prepare the triangle dough, as it will take a little longer. Boil the potatoes and cauliflower, drain and mash them.

Step 2:

  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.

Step 3:

  • Stir the dough into an oblong dish and form a base about 1 cm thick.

Step 4:

  • Keep the base in the freezer for a couple of hours.

Step 5:

  • It’s time to start preparing the Kiev cutlets. Remove them from the package and heat in the oven according to the instructions.

Step 6:

  • Remove the cooled base from the freezer and cut into triangles.

Step 7:

  • Roll the triangles in beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs and fry in a pan until nicely browned on both sides. Delicious!
