Crispy “Jūratė” cutlets with orange mashed potatoes and pumpkin

Today, our gourmet chef offers you a recipe that combines classics with new, interesting flavors and aesthetics on a plate. Make a potato-pumpkin mash that will easily go with any meat dish, or as we did – with the classic “Jūratė” cutlet.

  • Package of Done Cookin “Jūratė” cutlets
  • 500 g pumpkin pulp (without peel and seeds)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • about 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Step 1:

  • Remove the “Jūratė” cutlets from the package and heat as directed in the instructions.

Step 2:

  • In separate pots, boil the potatoes and pumpkin pulp.

Step 3:

  • Once the vegetables are cooked, transfer them to one pot and mash them together with the heated milk and butter.

Step 4:

  • Season the porridge with salt and pepper and enjoy a modern classic on a plate! Delicious!
