“Jūratė” cutlet with salad by @svajojantis_olandas

Have you tried Food Stories “Jūratė” cutlets? They are so crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside, and they are cooked without any fat! And to make it even tastier, blogger and recipe creator @svajojantis_olandas has presented his version of “Jūratė” cutlets with a delicious and easy-to-make salad.

  • Package of Doone Cookin Jūratė cutlets
  • For croutons:
    • light bread with pumpkin seeds
    • a pinch of salt, garlic powder, ground pepper and sweet paprika
  • For salads:
    • 100 g salad mix
    • 50-100 g plum tomatoes
    • 50 – 100 g cheddar cheese with pumpkin
    • 2 yellow tomatoes
    • 1 avocado
    • hemp seeds
    • pumpkin seeds
  • For salad dressing:
    • 40 ml pumpkin oil
    • 15-20 ml lemon juice
    • 1 – 2 tbsp. honey
    • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    • ½ tsp. salt
    • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
    • ¼ tsp. ground pepper
    • ¼ tsp. ground sweet paprika

Step 1:

  • Remove the cutlets from the packaging and bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for about 30-35 minutes.
    P.S. @svajojantis_olandas advises: bake the cutlets for 32 minutes with the oven function top-bottom. 8 minutes before the end of baking, turn on the fan.

For the croutons:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (top-bottom mode + fan).
  • Cut the bread slices into cubes and place them on a baking sheet (I use a silicone mat).
  • Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and sweet paprika powder.
  • Mix everything well and bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes or until the pieces are nicely browned.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.

For the salad:

  • Arrange the salad in a bowl, add chopped tomatoes, avocado, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds, croutons, prepared sauce and serve with Jūratė steak.

For the salad dressing:

  • Pour all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
  • Drizzle the prepared sauce over the salad.
